All sales are final, and the Smelecom company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. The only exchange of malfunctioned programming tool and its adapters are available during 1 year warranty period from the sales date. All sales are final for other software and accessories.
